These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the blc platform and all its services. By browsing the blc website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have accepted every clause of these Terms.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

• You are personally responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account.
• blc is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised third-party use if it is established that the negligence was the user's own.
• It is recommended that you keep OTP-based verification or two-step security active.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the blc platform:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks) can be used for deposits.

Only a payment method registered in the account holder's own name may be used. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved. Funds tied to a bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

blc takes a firm stance on preventing financial irregularities. In the case of suspicious transactions, an account may be reviewed or temporarily suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

blc runs a weekly reload reward (20% of a qualifying deposit once per week, up to ৳3,000, 18x wagering), blc Slots Festival Bonus (30%, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering), blc Cricket Victory (25%, up to ৳4,000, 15x wagering), blc Birthday Special Gift (up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering) and blc Refer a Friend (up to ৳1,500, 12x wagering).

5.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

If the bonus system is abused, bots are used, or any other dishonest method is attempted to claim a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

The following rules always apply to betting and gaming activities on the blc platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Whether a bet has been confirmed must be verified from the confirmation shown in the system. If an accepted bet is later cancelled due to a technical error, the funds used will be returned.

6.2 Match Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled entirely, bets placed on that event will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the account. If a match is partially played, different rules may apply depending on the situation.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a system outage or technical error, blc reserves the right to cancel that round and return the staked amount.

6.4 Slots and Casino Games

The outcomes of slots and other casino games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP information is available for each game. blc offers games from many established providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Evolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the blc platform:

8.2 Closure by blc

blc reserves the right to close an account without notice if a breach of these Terms, fraud or prohibited activity is found. In such cases, winnings obtained from bonuses may be forfeited.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Break

At the user's request, an account can be temporarily suspended for a set period. This is provided as part of the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
